Description:  Train Q613 has just met K651 on the fly just north of the Lawtey defect detector. This part of the S line is busy and makes up for the other 635 miles to the north of Jacksonville that are either downgraded or abandoned all together. This S line double track is over 20 miles long from Baldwin south to Newnan, just south of Starke.
